Unless stated office hours are 09:00am-5:00pm and you will be based in our Enfield Office. It is essential to be flexible and prepared to work beyond the normal office hours when workflow demands.

PROPERTY LITIGATION SOLICITOR

We are seeking a Property Litigation Solicitor to deal with:-

  • Possession claims
  • Boundary disputes
  • Break notices
  • Lease terminations
  • Debt collections
  • Residential landlord and tenant
  • Review of planning decisions
  • Recovery of arrears from commercial tenants

Previous property litigation experience is essential.  

RESIDENTIAL PARALEGAL

We have an opportunity for an ambitious, driven and experienced Paralegal to join our Residential Property team based in our Enfield office assisting in the management of residential real estate case files. duties include:

  • Providing clients with high quality and proactive legal advice
  • Opening, preparing and managing files and bundles
  • Drafting contracts, checking titles, preparing initial reports to clients
  • Applying for and reporting on local searches, chancel, environmental, plans searches and drainage searches, index map searches and any other relevant searches

You will have:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organisational abilities.
Proficiency in legal research and preparation of legal documents.
Understanding of pre and post-completion processes.
A team-oriented mindset.

PRIVATE CLIENT SOLICITOR 

Full-time role – Hours 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday.

A vacancy has arisen for a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join our successful Private Client Department.

The ideal candidate will have experience in drafting Wills, Powers of Attorney and Estate Administration and will have the ability to deal with their own caseload. 

The Private Client team are dedicated to providing an outstanding service.

Duties include:-

  • Administration of Estates
  • Trusts
  • Inheritance Tax
  • Tax planning would be advantageous

Salary is negotiable depending on experience.

FAMILY SOLICITOR (5 + PQE).

We are a progressive Legal 500 firm based in Enfield and are looking to recruit a Family Solicitor to join our team to manage and build up a varied matrimonial caseload.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 5 years PQE.
  • Experience working with high net worth clients and dealing with complex legal issues including divorce, financial provision, TOLATA and children disputes
  • A strong understanding of Family Law
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills (both written and spoken)
  • The ability to show empathy and understanding to clients and colleagues.
  • A successful track record of dealing and delivering exceptional client service
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team in a busy family department

Previous experience in advocacy (although not essential)

Occasionally, we are able to offer legal training contracts with our legal departments. When a vacancy arises we will advertise at the University of Law and in the Law Society Gazette inviting applicants to send their CV for consideration.
