Tim McLeish

Tim handles a wide variety of matters including property disputes, commercial litigation and contested probate.

He has a particular expertise in property disputes, including landlord & tenant matters, boundary disputes, and issues surrounding the beneficial ownership of property.

He can assist with commercial property matters such as lease renewals and dilapidations claims, as well as residential issues including possession claims, enfranchisement and the right to manage.

Tim studied modern languages at the University of Manchester and pursued a successful career in English Language Teaching before training as a solicitor, qualifying in 2017.
